Terms and Conditions of Service

Buyers will receive a confirmation email with instructions for participating in the study group. To help ensure delivery of this email, please be sure to add the fitzgeraldsystems.com domain to your safe senders list.
Buyers purchasing product(s) on behalf of a second person (i.e., you are not the Participant), will provide the instructions to the intended consumer.
Buyers purchasing product(s) on behalf of a second person will relinquish the rights to consume the product.

This section is applicable to Study Group product(s).
The number of participants are limited to one per purchase.
Participants agree to share their email address to other Participants. If Participants do not want their email address shared then Participants need to clarify this request in the ‘Add a Note to Your Order’ field during Checkout page.
If the Buyer has not received the purchase confirmation within within (5) five business days after purchase, please check your junk/spam folder, mark any emails from fitzgeraldsystems.com as “not junk” or “not spam,” or contact us using the contact form.
Every effort will be made to facilitate the study group sessions on time. However there may be extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, or in transit) when the facilitator may not be available and therefore study group sessions may be postponed by one week.

This section is applicable to Study Deck product(s).
For each study deck ordered an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during the check out process within five (5) business days from the date of purchase.
Each Order Confirmation email will include one (1) redeemable coupon and instructions on how to redeem the coupon for the ordered Study Deck.
Terry Fitzgerald will not be held liable in the event that the redeemable coupon is lost or stolen after the Order Confirmation email is issued.
Unless otherwise described on the product page access to the Study Deck is limited to 3 months from the date of redeeming the coupon.

Material shared by Terry Fitzgerald is copyright protected. Sharing, downloading, reproduction, screen capture, storage in a retrieval system, or transmission in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or likewise of content shared by Terry Fitzgerald is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from Terry Fitzgerald. Buyers and Participants must agree to these terms of use prior to participating in each study session.
Participants sharing material grant permission to Terry Fitzgerald licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. This permission is requested for Terry Fitzgerald to share recorded sessions to the rest of the Study Group.
Terry Fitzgerald retains ownership of the material shared by Terry Fitzgerald. The Buyer and Participant do not gain joint ownership of this material. Terry Fitzgerald grants Buyers and Participants the right to use the material provided during training in their daily engineering work. Use of the materials to provide training to others, either internally or externally, is strictly prohibited.

The redeemable coupon is not transferable and is single-use.
The copyright of the content of the Study Deck is retained by respective copyright holders. Sharing, downloading, reproduction, screen capture, storage in a retrieval system, or transmission in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or likewise of Study Deck content is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from Terry Fitzgerald. Buyers and Participants must agree to these terms of use prior to use of the Study Deck.
For the product ‘Fitzgerald Systems – INCOSE SE Handbook v5 Study Deck’, Terry Fitzgerald holds the non-exclusive license to the INCOSE SE Handbook v5 published by Wiley.
Terry Fitzgerald retains ownership of the Study Deck. The Buyer and Participant do not gain joint ownership of this material. Terry Fitzgerald grants Buyers and Participants the right to use the material provided during training in their daily engineering work. Use of the materials to provide training to others, either internally or externally, is strictly prohibited.
